Not medical advice
The information on this website is general education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace an evaluation by a qualified clinician. Please don’t start, stop, or change any treatment or medication based on what you read here.
No doctor-patient relationship from this website
Browsing this site, sending the consultation form, calling, or texting does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Mendoza. A treatment relationship starts only after you’re accepted as a patient and complete intake. The free 15-minute phone consultation is for general questions and fit. It is not a medical evaluation.
Emergencies
This website, the consultation form, and our office phone and text line are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), available 24/7.
Where we can see patients
Dr. Mendoza is licensed in Texas and Colorado. Telehealth visits are available only when the patient is physically located in Texas or Colorado at the time of the visit. In-person visits are at our Frisco, TX office.
